This is a 1 hour long  comprehensive appointment. Tana does an in depth analysis of your medical history, nutrition, medications, exercise and habits  and does a thorough physical exam.  She orders extensive blood work, any necessary radiology and any other, specialized tests needed to fully assess your medical issues(i.e. GI tests, allergy panels, genetic tests)

This is a 45-minute appointment that Tana uses to thoroughly review all tests she ordered to create a personalized care plan for you. This plan may include supplements, prescriptions, diet adjustments,  hormones and more, all tailored to your individual needs. 

This is a 30-minute appointment   This a follow-up once you are fully established with Tana and have completed the initial follow-up. These may occur every 2 to 6 months depending on your health, the prescriptions you are getting prescribed by her, and your health goals. She continues to update your personalized plan based on improvement of labs and your health and hormone needs.  *In-person is $160 and Telehealth (appointment over the phone) is $150. 

If you are on a weight management prescription(i.e. Contrave, Wegovy, Zepbound) with Tana, you will see her once a month until you reach a maintenance dosage. After reaching this dosage, your visits will be less frequent. Please allow up to 30min for  these appointments where you will be weighed and discuss your diet  , exercise and habits and may review or order labs to assess progress.  Tana will make  necessary adjustments in your medications and supplements at this time. 

If you need to change your prescription (weight management medications do not apply to this), need to update Tana, or want to discuss health-related questions, we offer a 15-minute phone-consultation for these immediate urgent needs. 

During this women's wellness appointment, Tana will conduct athorough history and comprehensive physical exam which also includes a breast exam, pap smear, optional STD testing and urinalysis. These are recommended yearly as a comprehensive cancer screening.  Tana  may also recommended hereditary cancer screening through Myriad or quest depending on your family history. She will also provide you with necessary radiology testing which may include a mammogram, breast Ultrasound , pelvic Ultrasound
