  Tana Richter, BSN, MPAS, PA-C is a highly skilled and accomplished board certified Physician Assistant that has been practicing medicine for 26 years. She began her journey as a combat medic, then earned her Bachelor's degree to become a Registered Nurse and worked in plastic surgery. She further pursued a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies with a specialty in Endocrinology all this while serving in the United States Army and National Guard.  To build a solid foundation of medicine she worked a couple of years in family practice urgent care, but she soon discovered her love for Endocrinology.  She worked and was trained in bio-identical hormones by one of the pioneer's in the field, Dr. Diana Schwarzbein. She continued using her aesthetic skills by working in Plastic surgery as well, and  became a board certified Anti-Aging Diplomate through her A4M training which she continues to use to learn about upcoming cutting edge advances in medicine.  She believes in life long learning.  Her years of working in functional medicine has given her a wealth of knowledge on how to utilize the correct supplements and integrate them with the necessary meds to optimize the best wellness plan possibly for her patients.
