About Tana Richter PA-C
Tana Richter, BSN, MPAS, PA-C, is a highly skilled, board-certified Physician Assistant with over 26 years of experience in medicine. She began her medical career as a combat medic, later earning her Bachelor’s degree to become a Registered Nurse, where she specialized in plastic surgery. While serving in the United States Army and National Guard, she went on to complete her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with a focus in Endocrinology.
To build a strong foundation in medicine, Tana initially worked in family practice and urgent care, where she quickly discovered her passion for Endocrinology. She received extensive training in bio-identical hormone therapy under one of the pioneers in the field, Dr. Diana Schwarzbein, and continued to apply her aesthetic expertise through her work in plastic surgery. Tana is also a board-certified Anti-Aging Diplomate through A4M and remains committed to lifelong learning and staying at the forefront of cutting-edge medical advancements.
With years of experience in functional medicine, Tana brings a deep understanding of how to strategically integrate high-quality supplements with necessary medications to create comprehensive, personalized wellness plans. She is one of the most sought-after bio-identical hormone specialists in the area, known for addressing the root cause of health concerns rather than simply treating symptoms. Autumn is our office manager here at Westlake Health. She is extremely passionate about the medical field and is currently working on becoming a Registered Nurse and will then earn her BSN. We are beyond proud of her!

Madi is our front desk coordinator and front office medical assistant. She is highly driven and studious! She is following Tana's footsteps to become a Physician Assistant. We can't wait to see her get a white coat!
